2. Accounts

Ragebait AI does not require user accounts or login credentials. However, certain features (such as paid access or premium options) may require an active subscription handled through the App Store. You are responsible for ensuring your device and account are secure.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features or content require a paid subscription. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or other official platforms.

Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store account settings

4. AI Responses and User Content

Ragebait AI generates automated text responses based on your inputs. You understand and agree that:

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or reliable
You are fully responsible for how you use or share the generated content
Ragebait AI is not responsible for any actions or outcomes resulting from AI outputs

This app is intended for entertainment and social use only, not for professional advice or sensitive communication.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials within Ragebait AI are owned by or licensed to Ragebait AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app or its content without written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ragebait AI at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Ragebait AI makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ragebait AI and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or its content.
